What Happens If an Invoice Is Overdue?

An overdue invoice means payment has not been received by the due date.

What may happen

• Reminder emails may be sent.
• Automatic payment may retry if a saved payment method is available.
• Late fees may apply depending on account settings and the invoice type.
• Services linked to the invoice may be suspended if payment remains outstanding.

What to do

Pay the invoice from Templo as soon as possible. If you have already paid, open a support ticket and include the invoice number, payment date and payment method.

Avoid service interruption

Keep a valid payment method saved and make sure billing emails are going to the right person.
