Which licence is right for my team?+
Business Basic suits staff who work mostly in a browser and just need email plus web apps. Business Standard adds the installed desktop Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — the most popular choice. Business Premium adds advanced security and device management for businesses with compliance or remote-device needs. You can mix licences across your team.
Can you move my existing email across?+
Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars, and contacts from your current provider (including Google Workspace, cPanel/Enhance mail, or another Microsoft tenant) and switch your DNS over with minimal disruption.
Do I need to buy my domain from TechTemple?+
No. Microsoft 365 works with any domain. If we manage your domain we can configure the email DNS automatically; if it's elsewhere we'll provide the exact records to add.
Can I add or remove licences later?+
Yes. Add seats as you hire and remove them when people leave — your invoice adjusts to match. There are no long lock-in contracts on these plans.
How am I billed?+
Per licence, per month, in Australian dollars and GST inclusive, through your Tech Temple portal alongside your domains and hosting.
