We update WordPress core, plugins, and themes on a schedule, test for regressions, and stage changes before pushing them live.

Backup monitoring & restores

Nightly Wasabi backups are verified monthly. If something breaks we restore from the last clean backup — no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions

What if my site breaks after an update?+

We stage updates before applying them live and keep a backup from before the update ran. If something goes wrong we roll back immediately at no extra cost — that's the point of managed care.

Do you fix hacked websites?+

If your site is on a care plan and is compromised, we investigate and clean it up as part of the plan. For sites not on care, malware removal is available as a one-off service — get in touch.

My site isn't hosted with TechTemple — can I still get care?+

Care plans work best when we also manage the hosting (so we have full control over backups, staging, and the server environment). If your site is hosted elsewhere, contact us and we'll work out what's possible.

What's included in content edits?+

Routine content updates — text changes, swapping images, updating contact details, adding a new page — are included up to the hours in your plan. Larger redesign or development work is scoped and quoted separately.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Care plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel through your portal before the next billing date and you won't be charged again.
