Getting Your First Service Active

After placing an order, your hosting service is typically provisioned within a few minutes.

Step 1 — Place an Order

1. Go to Services → Order New
2. Choose a hosting plan that suits your needs
3. Enter your primary domain name
4. Complete checkout

Step 2 — Receive Your Welcome Email

Once provisioned, you'll receive a welcome email containing:

• Your cPanel username
• A temporary password
• The cPanel login URL

Step 3 — Log In to cPanel

Navigate to your service in the portal and click Login to cPanel. This uses Single Sign-On (SSO) — no separate password needed.

Step 4 — Point Your Domain

Update your domain's nameservers to:

ns1.techtemple.com.au
ns2.techtemple.com.au

DNS propagation typically takes 15 minutes to 48 hours.

Next Steps

• Upload your files via File Manager or FTP
• Create email accounts under Email Accounts
• Install SSL via SSL/TLS in cPanel
