Most payments update the invoice automatically, but there can be a short delay while the payment provider confirms the result.
What to do
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the invoice page.
- Do not attempt another payment unless support advises you to.
- Check whether your bank or card provider shows the payment as pending or completed.
- Open a support ticket if the invoice still shows unpaid.
Include this in the ticket
- Invoice number.
- Payment date and time.
- Payment method used.
- Any receipt or transaction reference you received.
