Managing Notifications in Templo

Templo shows account notifications for items that may need your attention, such as invoices, service updates and support activity.

Notification examples

  • An invoice has been issued or is overdue.
  • A support ticket has a new reply.
  • A service or domain needs attention.
  • A payment method or account setting changed.

What to do with notifications

Open the notification and follow the linked record. If the notification relates to a support ticket, reply inside the ticket thread so the full history stays together.

If you believe a notification is stale or incorrect, open a support ticket and include a screenshot or the exact message text.
