How to Access Webmail
Updated 4 July 20267 views1 min read
Webmail lets you read and send email from any web browser, without setting anything up on your computer or phone. Your hosting uses Roundcube webmail, and this guide shows you the two ways to reach it.
Option 1 — One click from your control panel (easiest)
The control panel signs you into webmail automatically — no mailbox password needed.
- Log in to your Tech Temple account, go to Services, select your hosting service, and click Login to Panel.
- In the panel, select your website and open the Emails tab.
- Click the webmail login button on the row for your mailbox.
A new tab opens with your inbox already signed in.
Option 2 — By web address
- Open your browser and go to https://mail.yourdomain (replace "yourdomain" with your own domain, for example https://mail.yourbusiness.com.au).
- In the Username field, enter your full email address (for example you@yourbusiness.com.au). Just the part before the @ won't work.
- Enter your mailbox password and select the login button.
If you don't have the password handy, you can change it from the control panel (see option 1, then use the mailbox settings), or open a support ticket and we'll help.
Reading and sending
- Select any message to read it.
- To write a new email, look for the Compose option.
- When you're finished, use the logout option to sign out — especially on a shared or public computer.
Next steps
Webmail is great for checking email on the go, but for everyday use you may prefer a mail app on your computer and phone. See Managing Your Mailboxes in the Control Panel for everything else you can do with your email accounts.
